Sit in the grove while you work
The camera drifts up through fern fronds, a maple canopy or old-growth redwoods for as long as the sit runs. Full screen if you want the desk to disappear. Water to pause. Leave the grove only if you are actually stopping.
Why a growing plant beats a bare countdown
A plain timer gives you one number that is falling. It tells you nothing about where you are in the session, so the last stretch is the easiest part to abandon — you are not quitting anything, you are just stopping.
A plant fixes that by turning one long block into a named position. Stage two of a maple is somewhere you are standing, not a percentage, and the next stage is always close enough to be worth staying for. It is the same reason people finish a watering can and give up on “keep going for a while”.
The grove does the other half of the job. You are not trying to survive 50 minutes, you are sitting a maple, and the canopy drifting past is a quieter thing to look up at than a number counting down.
